• Children under 4 years old sharing with two adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child).
• From 2nd child: charged 50% of adult.
• From 4 to under 8 years old: 01 child go with 2 adults: charged 75% of adult price.
• child from 8 years old: charged 100% like adult price

BOOKING PAYMENT POLICY:

• The customer receives the payment confirmation receipt via email/ WhatsApp within 30 minutes-7 hours of successful booking.
• The confirmation voucher will be released via email/ WhatsApp in less than 48 hours after customers have made a deposit.
• To confirm the booking, 30% -100% deposit of the total tour cost will be required (not applied for prepaid services such as flight tickets, train tickets, early bird rate, etc). The remaining balance will need to be paid on the starting day of the tour.

• If cancellations are made 15 days before the date of travel, then 50% of the deposit will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, then 75% of the deposit will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel, then 100 % of the deposit will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If the changes are made 15 days before the travel date, we can change it. We will not charge the change fee and send back the customers the final itinerary.
• If the changes are made less than 15 days before the travel date, we have the right to refuse to change. Customers will need to pay the extra for any fees that caused by these changes.
