Heritage Luxury 5-Star Day Cruise in Ha Long Bay

NOTE:

• The price of the tour is subject to change based on the price of the entrance ticket to visit Halong Bay.
• On weekend, some roads will not allow vehicles to make room for the walking street, therefore our limousine will drop you off at the closest and suitable point in the Old Quarter instead.

• Child from 1-4 years old: FREE of charge for the 1st child traveling with 2 adults( sharing seat on Limousine with parents). The 2nd child will be charged 50% of the adult rate.
• Child from 5 - 8 years old: 75% of the adult rate
• Child from 9 years & above: 100% of the adult rate
• Surcharge: Lunar New Year ( 30^th, 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd ): 15 USD/person

BOOKING PAYMENT POLICY:

• The customer receives the payment confirmation receipt via email/ WhatsApp within 30 minutes-7 hours of successful booking.
• The confirmation voucher will be released via email/ WhatsApp in less than 48 hours after customers have made a deposit.
• To confirm the booking, 30%-100% deposit of the total tour cost will be required (not applied for prepaid services such as flight tickets, train tickets, early bird rate, etc). The remaining balance will need to be paid on the starting day of the tour.

• If cancellations are made 15 days before the date of travel, then 50% of the deposit will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, then 75% of the deposit will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel, then 100 % of the deposit will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If the changes are made 15 days before the travel date, we can change it. We will not charge the change fee and send back the customers the final itinerary.
• If the changes are made less than 15 days before the travel date, we have the right to refuse to change. Customers will need to pay the extra for any fees that caused by these changes.
