SENA CRUISES- A SMALL 5 STAR CRUISE IN LAN HA BAY

The maximum occupancy for any one cabin is TWO (2) ADULTS and ONE (1) CHILD under 12 years of age. Additional charges may apply for occupancy by more than two (2) guests per room. Sena Cruises may allow children to stay in the same cabin/suite with parents either with or without an extra mattress. You can find details regarding surcharge for kids bellows:

• Less than 4.5 years old, sharing bed with parents: No additional charge
• Children aged from three to eleven (5 – 8) sharing a cabin/suite with two adults on an extra mattress: 75% Adult Price (Limited to one additional child per cabin/suite only)
• Children 9 years old and over will be charged at the adult rate.

1. BOOKING PAYMENT POLICY:

• The customer receives the payment confirmation receipt via email/ WhatsApp within 30 minutes-7 hours of successful booking.
• The confirmation voucher will be released via email/ WhatsApp in less than 48 hours after customers have made a deposit.
• To confirm the booking, 30% - 100% deposit of the total tour cost will be required (not applied for prepaid services such as flight tickets, train tickets, early bird rate, etc). The remaining balance will need to be paid on the starting day of the tour.

Payment Terms Policies: 100% of the total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of travel!

Support for the customers, we will apply the policy below:

• If the changes are made 15 days before the travel date, we can change it. We will not charge the change fee and send back the customers the final itinerary.
• If the changes are made less than 15 days before the travel date, we have the right to refuse to change. Customers will need to pay the extra for any fees that caused by these changes.

Changing tour program and refund policies: After the final programs were confirmed from both sides, we had the right to refuse all changes from the customers.

2. CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Cancellations only become effective once our sales office receives notification of cancellation IN WRITING to our email: hanoioldquartertravel@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

For individual guests or group of guests with number of person lower than 5:

• If cancelled up to 25 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
• If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged
• If cancelled before 5 days or No–Show, the total of reservation will be full charged

For group of guest with number of person larger than 5:

• If cancelled up to 25 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
• If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged
• Later or No-Show, the total of reservation will be full charged

For group of guest whose charters the boat:

• If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
• If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged
• Later or No-Show, the total of reservation will be full charged

NOTES FOR PASSENGERS:

Surcharge 25% for Merry Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Chinese Lunar Year

Registration is required. Guest must contact with us 1 day before to supply passport’s information as: full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, otherwise, guest will get introduction about the method to check in, policies … we will not responsible for any extra charge in case of late, missing. All of above cases are considered as no-show (not arrival).

Please note that the time may be changed depending on the policies of Halong bay management or weather permission. We will inform you before getting on the cruise.
