• Children under 110 cm sharing with two adults: Free of charge Tour. But need pay if have any extra charage on the tour.
• Children From 110 Cm to under 130 Cm: 01 child go with 2 adults: charged 75% of adult price.
• Children from 130 Cm up: charged 100% like adult price

BOOKING PAYMENT POLICY:

• The customer will receive a payment confirmation receipt via email or WhatsApp within 30 minutes to 7 hours after a successful booking.
• The confirmation voucher will be sent via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours after the deposit has been made.
• To confirm the booking, a 30% -100% deposit of the total tour cost is required (This does not apply to prepaid services such as flight tickets, train tickets, early bird rates, etc.) The remaining balance must be paid on the starting day of the tour.

• If the cancellation is made 15 days before the travel date, 50% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If the cancellation is made 7 to 15 days before the travel date, 75% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If the cancellation is made 0 to 7 days before the travel date, 100% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.

• If changes are requested 15 days before the travel date, we can process them without any change fee and will resend the updated final itinerary.
• If changes are requested less than 15 days before the travel date, we reserve the right to refuse the request. If accepted, the customer will need to cover any additional costs caused by those changes.
