Built inside a limestone mountain, the cave once functioned as a secret field hospital during the resistance war against the Americans. You are using the shuttle bus  or Limousine Bus go back Hanoi after check-out. End of the tour. 15:30- 16:00 | The limousine will drop you off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
